We are a meat and potatoes family here. We would eat it everyday if we could! We love to BBQ so we were so excited when we discovered a new marinade recipe for flank steak with my brother, the master chef in the family! It is so easy to do and the longer you marinade it the better!
Balsamic Flank Steak Marinade
1 flank steak (I marinade many at a time just adjust the recipe to cover the meat)
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 tsp of minced garlic
1 bunch of cilantro finely chopped
- Place meat in a ziploc bag.
- Add Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Add Garlic and cilantro
- Seal bag and give it a good shake
- Lay bag flat and flip halfway through marinating. Marinate for at least 4 hours. The longer the better to really soak in those flavors!
