Tips Tricks and FAQs

- Make sure the cream does not boil! Nobody wants curdled cream in their truffles, so keep a close eye on it so that it doesn’t boil. I recommend stirring almost constantly as you are heating it up!
- Don’t rush the process. These truffles need to chill for at LEAST three hours in the fridge before being rolled in the coatings.
- Get creative with the coatings! Use a variety of different nuts or use holiday sprinkles for a festive twist. For an exciting treat for the kids, roll truffles in mini M&Ms!
- Looking for something a little more adventurous? Try coating the truffles in a thin layer of melted chocolate (milk, white, or dark) before sprinkling with your topping of choice. This is sure to add an extra level of richness to these already rich morsels. Yum!
- If you don’t have a cookie scoop, you can just use a normal tablespoon. Simply scoop the chocolate mixture and roll using your hands!

Storage
Store your truffles in an airtight container in the fridge. They will stay good in your fridge for up to two weeks. If you think you may not finish them all in that time, no problem! Place them in a plastic freezer bag and store them in the freezer for up to three months.
Can I Use Any Kind of Chocolate?
