Monday- Creamy Beef and Shells
Do all kids love pasta as much as my own? I think if kids could have their own way when it comes to dinner they would eat pasta 5 out of the 7 nights! This is what typically happens at my house: I am busy doing other things, then I look at the clock, and realize it’s already past 5 o’clock and my husband is going to be home in 30 minutes and I still haven’t started dinner. Sound familiar? That is why I LOVE crockpot dinners because I can just throw them together in the morning and forget about it for the rest of the day. Friday- Cafe Rio Pork Burritos
Have you guys ever eaten at Cafe Rio? It’s kind of like In-N-Out or Bojangles’ where it is only in certain parts of the country. But let me tell you, their Pork Burritos are my FAVORITE! And I was so sad that I wouldn’t be able to get a sweet pork burrito anymore since I moved…that is until I found this Cafe Rio Pork Burritos copycat recipe by Favorite Family Recipes! This is the most amazing meal ever!!! Like you have to try it!
*Side Dish- Mexican Rice
