Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • Make sure you are continually stirring this sauce as it cooks. The sugar can burn so fast and you don’t want burnt sugar in your sauce!

How can I tell if my strawberries are ripe?

The key with picking the perfect strawberries is looking at the color!

You’ll want to look for bright red strawberries that are nice and firm. Dark berries may be a bit too sweet and green or light berries are going to be far to tart!
