Fall is in the air and I am dreaming of everything pumpkin! The other day I was craving a pumpkin treat like our moist pumpkin bread, or our instant pot pumpkin cheesecake, but didn’t want to wait for them to cook, so I decided to whip up a delicious bowl of pumpkin fluff. The kids loved it and it is so easy to make and ready in just a few minutes.

This pumpkin fluff with cream cheese is a great after-dinner snack or even after school snack to enjoy as a family. Regardless of when you make it, the whole family will love it!

What is fluff?

You might be wondering what the heck is fluff? I used to wonder the same thing. Fluff is essentially anything that is made with

  • cool whip
  • some sort of fruit
  • marshmallows
  • nuts

Fluff is what we call something when we can’t decide if it is a side dish or a dessert. This pumpkin fluff is made of pumpkin pie mix and cool whip. You can easily add nuts and mini marshmallows if you want to get really creative with it.

  1. Yum! So simple yet so delicious. We dipped our graham crackers in white chocolate and then once cooled in the pumpkin fluff and it was so good!

  2. I host an adult Halloween party every year and I’m always looking for some new holiday foods to share. This sounds extra yummy, especially if I put caramel in the fondue fountain!
