Easy Raspberry Smoothie Bowl ready in Minutes

Are you looking to improve your energy and healthy after having a baby? This Raspberry Creamsicle Smoothie bowl is easy to make and will do just that!I remember when Tony was born I was completely overwhelmed! Not only did I have this sweet baby to take care of, but I had 4 other kids to take care of as well! Many of my days were spent breastfeeding Tony because of his sugar issues and then trying to figure out how to take care of all the other kids.

I felt like I never had time to eat a nutritious meal (because those took way longer than I had time for) so I found myself snacking on all the wrong things. Then one day I discovered Protiva New Mom which allowed me to add in the much-needed nutrients that I needed in my diet in simple ways (amazing recipe below, so keep going!) to allow my body to get exactly what I needed!

What is Protiva?

Protiva is a collagen protein that is safe and effective for pregnant moms and new moms- including moms that are breastfeeding. In fact, it is the only collagen that is clinically proven to be safe and effective. Protiva contains 15 grams of collagen protein. Protiva contains a blend of specific nutrients that help women through the different stages of life such as pregnancy and new mom life.

You might think, well my body produces collagen so why do I need more?

This is true your body does produce collagen, but it does start to slow at age 25 and this is not good because collagen is found in our skin, ligaments, gut lining, and our bones. So, I love Protiva because it added the extra boost I needed to maintain good levels of collagen and get the right nutrients I needed because, let’s be real, my diet was not stellar.

How Does Protiva New Mom Help New Moms?

Along with the collagen, Protiva New Mom provided me with specific nutrients that I needed after delivery that helped me heal. This includes help healing not only from C-sections, but tearing as well! It allowed me to have healthy skin again as well as more energy and we all know how hard it is to have energy when you are sleep deprived. Not only that but it gave me extra Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin C and Vitamin E as well.

Not only did Protiva New Mom help with these things, but it helped boost my milk supply (which I totally needed), reduce postpartum recovery,  and it helped strengthen my immune system as well.

With 15 grams of collagen protein in every serving and only 2 grams of sugar, I was getting exactly what I needed at a price that I could totally afford!

So, today I am sharing two of my favorite go-to recipes that I would frequently make to add Protiva New Mom into my diet! And let me tell you, they are not only easy to make but sooo delicious!
