Add in the buttermilk and stir until just combined. Turn the dough out onto a clean countertop and knead until a ball of dough forms. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to about ¾ inches in thickness.

While the biscuits bake, whisk together the butter and the honey in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat until the butter is melted. Continue stirring your glaze until the butter is melted. Once the biscuits are fully baked, immediately brush them with the glaze generously.
