Raspberry Creamsicle Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 10-12 ounce milk
- 6 ounce vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop Provita New Mom
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.If you want to get fancy, you can add garnish to your Raspberry Creamsicle Smoothie Bowl Recommended garnishes include: Fresh Raspberries, mint, chia seeds, slivered almonds and shredded coconut.
