Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 10-12 ounce milk
  • 6 ounce vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop Provita New Mom

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    If you want to get fancy, you can add garnish to your Raspberry Creamsicle Smoothie Bowl Recommended garnishes include: Fresh Raspberries, mint, chia seeds, slivered almonds and shredded coconut.
