Tuesday- Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Life in the Lofthouse gives us this delicious Sweet and Sour Meatballs recipe. This is a GREAT recipe because you can use the meatballs in so many ways! The meatballs can be served over rice, in a sandwich, or even just eaten alone. The possibilities are endless. Just throw everything in your crock pot and forget about them until your tummy starts rumbling.

Saturday- One Pan Stuffed Pepper Casserole
Stuffed peppers was something I ate a lot as a kid because it’s delicious and healthy! But I only ever ate the stuffing and would never eat the bell pepper. That is why when I saw that Six Sisters’ Stuff had a One Pan Stuffed Pepper Casserole recipe I was stoked! Your kids won’t mind the hidden peppers in this casserole dish because it’s so yummy! And it’s all done in one pan so easy clean up. Score!
