We are big on coloring in my house, so I’m always trying to find new things for my kids to color. They just finished up some donut coloring pages which were a huge hit! The next thing on their list? This adorable ladybug coloring page set!

There aren’t many activities that I insist on my kids doing, but coloring is one of them!
Why? Because it’s such a beneficial activity for them! Coloring boosts creativity, improves fine motor skills, helps them practice control and focus, and helps them learn about new concepts and ideas.
I sure don’t mind that it keeps them busy and happy for quite a while too.

This is such an easy mom-hack! Place a ladybug coloring page in a sheet protector and use dry-erase markers to color so you can wipe it clean and use it again and again.
Taking Turns
For a simple game that’s especially great with younger kids, take turns coloring sections so you can work together and chat as you do.
Sun Tracing
Place a piece of tracing paper or parchment paper over the coloring page and tape both to a window with some sunlight. Use the light to let your child trace the shapes on the page with pencils, paint, or whatever you prefer.
