Tips Tricks and FAQs
- If you really want these keto bang bang cauliflower bites to be out of this world, you’ll want to make sure that your parmesan is fresh! Save the jarred cheese for another recipe and grab a fresh block of parmesan that you can grate yourself. It will make all of the difference in this recipe, I promise!
- You need to make the switch to parchment paper sheets if you haven’t already! Really, I can’t believe that I was using rolls of parchment for so long because the pre-cut sheets are so much better. Not only are they convenient, but the edges stay down so you don’t have to worry about it rolling up. Get some now!
- Swerve granular is a basic sugar replacement made with extracts from fruit and vegetables! It’s pretty wonderful. It cooks and bakes well and it has no carbs. It’s definitely a must-have in your pantry if you are trying the keto diet.
- If you aren’t a fan of spice, you may want to start with ½ teaspoon of sriracha and taste it before adding the full teaspoon. This sauce does have a bit of a kick to it!
Storage
If you have any leftovers, store them by placing them in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days. Store the sauce in a separate container so the cauliflower doesn’t get soggy!
The best way I’ve found to reheat bang bang cauliflower is by placing the bites in my air fryer for a few minutes! You won’t lose the crunch and it’ll taste fresh and delicious.
