Can you believe Easter is almost here? Are you ready? Today we are teaming up with the Easter bunny to help you plan the perfect Easter Basket for the Preschoolers in your life!
Nothing says Easter more than Eggs! But these aren’t just any eggs, these are counting and matching eggs! The Kidzlane Count and Match Egg set includes 12 colorful durable eggs that help your preschoolers learn to count, sort and match all in one toy! I love how the Egg set encourages independent play and learning all in one!
With the Count and Match Eggs Set, it helps improve hand dexterity, color recognition and helps develop hand-eye coordination, especially for little fingers! The design of these eggs definitely had little fingers in mind as you can click them together and pull them apart easily!
This toy is definitely meant to last with its high quality “egg carton” case! And I love how perfect and convenient it is for taking on the go with you or storing in the toy closet!
These eggs help preschoolers learn colors and number recognition all while playing with this awesome toy! I love how durable these eggs are as well brightly colored they are.
Stickers are a great option for the Easter baskets this year! Not only do preschoolers love to stick them on just about anything, but it actually helps them use their pincer grasp to pull the stickers off the page! I know preschoolers love to stick stickers everywhere, so we help combat this by getting a small sticker notebook, which is just a small notebook that they put stickers in! The great thing is you can usually find stickers in the dollar section of most stores!
Coloring Book and Crayons
What preschooler doesn’t love a new coloring book and crayons? I swear new crayons are the highlight every time we give them to our preschooler. So, this year have the Easter bunny bring new crayons and a color book! Talk about endless hours of quiet fun! I always recommend Crayola Crayons because usually, I can always get it off walls and clothes… Not that I have much experience with this or anything! LOL
Let your preschoolers have an open canvas outside this Easter with a new box of sidewalk chalk! Seriously, your preschooler will love the freedom of drawing on the sidewalks and driveways! The best thing about sidewalk chalk is that it washes away with the rain or the hose!
We love to read in our home! I mean the little ones are always climbing up to hear a story, so of course, the Easter bunny will be bringing a book to them. I love to make Easter baskets a little more educational rather than candy focused so that is why we are loving books and the Kidzlane Count and Match Egg set this year!
You can’t go wrong with Sunglasses this year! Not only do they protect their eyes, but they love taking them on and off and wearing them all around. You don’t have to buy super expensive ones, we always just grab them in the dollar section at the local stores!
Stuffed Animal/ Bunny Rabbit
Preschoolers always need something to snuggle with so a stuffed animal is a perfect addition to any Easter Basket! I remember getting a stuffed animal in my basket when I was little so of course, we had to carry on the tradition! We are loving this rabbit this year!
A Little Bit of Candy
You can’t forget the candy! I know there are the non-candy Easter baskets out there, but let’s be real, you have to have candy! Just as long as it is in moderation you are good to go! Grab a small chocolate bunny, fill a few eggs with candy and your preschooler will be set!
There you have it! The perfect preschooler Easter basket filled with fun educational goodies, art, and candy! The perfect balance to make the perfect Easter basket this year!
